Cilj diplomske naloge je izdelava spletne strani in aplikacije za prikaz elektronskih znanstvenokritičnih izdaj slovenskega slovstva, bolj natančno, to pomeni preureditev in modernizacijo spletne strani eZISS, dostopne na naslovu http://nl.ijs.si/e-zrc/. Stran vsebuje faksimile, prepise, znanstvene komentarje in ponekod avdiovizualne posnetke Brižinskih spomenikov, Škofjeloškega pasijona, priseg in pridig ter še mnogih drugih del, ki so temeljnega pomena za slovensko kulturo. Trenutna spletna stran nekaterih podatkov ne prikazuje ustrezno, zato se je bilo treba domisliti načina predstavitve tolik-šne količine informacij na bolj pregleden, uporabniku prijazen in privlačno oblikovan način, kot se danes tipično uporablja v modernem svetu.

• Title: Designing a graphical user interface for digital scholarly editions

Abstract

The goal of this diploma is to create a website and the corresponding web application that will showcase different digital critical editions of Slovenian literature. More precisely, we will redesign the existing website that is located at http://nl.ijs.si/e-zrc/. The website contains facsimiles, transcriptions, scholarly commentaries and some audiovisual recordings. The current (old) website is overwhelmed with data and is not showing all of the information appropriately. The main goal of the new website is to be able to show large amount of data in a structured and organised manner by using modern technologies and graphic design principles, which will help the user to intuitively understand what the site has to offer and how to access that data.
