V predmetnem diplomskem delu je opisan in prikazan celoten potek izgradnje prizidka domu ostarelih. V delu je predstavljena stroškovna in časovna analiza izvedbe prizidka. Ta opredeljuje vzroke, odstopanja, njihove posledice in prevzem odgovornosti. Delo prav tako obravnava projekt, dejanski potek izvajanja del in osnovne dokumente, ki predstavljajo podlago sklenitev pogodb in izvedbo projekta.

• Title: Analysis of Senior Citizen Home Extension Construction

Abstract

The present thesis provides an insight in all aspects regarding construction of home for the aged. Furthermore, the thesis offers cost and time consumption analysis of the construction. The latter analysis defines causes, deviations and determines responsabilities of all the parties involved. The graduation thesis I also discusses thea project, the actual course of construction and all the essential documents that form the basis fort he conclusion of the contract and for realization of the project.
