Abstract
Diplomsko delo zajema zasnovo in izdelavo prenosne večfunkcijske polnilne naprave, ki zmore prek brezžičnega polnjenja Qi in priključkov USB polniti več prenosnih naprav. Cilj diplome je bila realizacija zanesljive naprave, ki ima vgrajeno baterijo z večjo kapaciteto, katera se polni hitreje v primerjavi z podobnimi izdelki na trgu. Naprava omogoča tudi ročno nastavljanje razpona uporabne napetosti na bateriji, z namenom prilagoditve potrebi uporabnika in tako vplivati na življenjsko dobo baterije. V uvodu je kratek opis problemov, ki se pojavljajo zaradi vse več prenosnih naprav v vsakodnevni uporabi, in rešitev, ki jo diplomsko delo predstavlja. Opisane so glavne zahteve za projekt in osnovna realizacija. V drugem poglavju je opisano načrtovanje naprave v programu Altium Designer in detajlni opis vseh delov električnega vezja v napravi. V tretjem poglavju je opisan princip delovanja litijskih akumulatorskih baterij in njihove izvedbe. Predstavljene so prednosti in slabosti Li-ion in LiPo baterij. V nadaljevanju je opisano sestavljanje naprave in izdelava ohišja. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge je opisan potek meritev v različnih načinih delovanja z izmerjenimi rezultati v obliki tabel in slik. V zaključku so podane splošne ugotovitve, ki so se pokazale tekom razvoja omenjene naprave ter možnimi popravki in nadgradnje.

Title:Design and implementation of multi-functional portable charging device
Abstract:
The following thesis presents research and development of a portable multi-functional charging device, which can charge multiple mobile devices over the Qi wireless charging connection and USB connectors. The main aim of the project was to make a reliable device, which has greater battery capacity and shorter charging time than comparable products available on the market. The device has an adjustable usable voltage range of the internal battery, which affects battery life span and can be adjusted accordingly to user needs. In the introduction is a short description of everyday problems, which arise from an increased number of mobile devices we commonly use. For these the thesis presents a solution. Main requirements and basic realization are also described. The second chapter is dedicated to the device design in Altium Designer and detailed explanation of each circuit part is given. The third chapter explains basic operation of Lithium based batteries and main advantages and disadvantages of Li-Ion and LiPo batteries. In the last part of the thesis, measurement results of different running modes are shown in tables and charts. The thesis ends with a conclusion summarizing the presented work.
