Abstract
Za generiranje velikih sil in navorov najpogosteje uporabljamo hidravlične sisteme. Nekatere dele procesov obvladuje samo hidravlika. Ta opravila zahtevajo velike sile ob dokaj majhni hitrosti, torej velike moči in gostote te moči. Hidravlični sistemi nam omogočajo kompaktno obliko, so robustni, dolgoročno stabilni, poleg tega pa še samomazalni, kar jim daljša življenjsko dobo. Z ustrezno izbiro senzorjev, nam hidravlični sistemi zagotavljajo rešitve za skoraj vsako aplikacijo. Od super hitrega nadzora v simulatorju letenja do najtežjih aplikacij pri podzemnem delovanju in gradnji predorov. Senzorji in sistemi za merjenje pozicije v hidravličnih valjih, delajo to široko področje še bolj učinkovito in precizno. Prikazujejo nam analogno ali digitalno povratno informacijo trenutne pozicije batnice valja glede na celoten hod valja. Zaradi razširitve proizvodnega programa v podjetju Vista Hidravlika d.o.o., je namen diplomskega dela spoznati delovanje ustreznega senzorja pozicije za prikaz pozicije batnice v hidravličnem valju. Seznaniti smo se morali z ustrezno konstrukcijo hidravličnega valja, vgradnjo senzorja v hidravlični valj in kako ga ustrezno povezati z digitalnim prikazovalnikom, ki prikazuje pozicijo v milimetrih. Predhodno smo senzor pozicije preizkusili izven hidravličnega valja. Po vgradnji v hidravlični valj pa smo preizkusili celoten hidravlični sistem s hidravličnim pogonskim agregatom.

Abstract:
When great forces and torque are to be generated most frequently hydraulic systems are being used. Some parts of processes are being handeled only with hydraulics. These processes require a large force at a relatively low speed, thus high power and density of this power. Hydraulic systems enable us compact design, systems are robust, long-term stabled and self-lubricating which gives them a longer lifespan. With the appropriate selection of sensors, a hydraulic system provides us solutions for almost every application. From the super fast control in a flight simulator to the most heavy duty applications underground or in tunnel construction. Sensors and systems for position measuring in hydraulic cylinders are making this wide area even more effective and precise. They are showing us analog or digital feedback of the current position of the cylinder rod in relation to the ful stroke of the cylinder. Due to the expansion of the production program of the company Vista Hidravlika d.o.o., the main purpose of the thesis is to know the proper function of the position sensor to show the position of the cylinder rod in hydraulic cylinder. We had to know the appropriate construction of the hydraulic cylinder, how to mount the sensor in hydraulic cylinder and how to connect the sensor properly with the digital display which shows the position in milimeters. Firstly we tested the sensor outside of the hydraulic cylinder. After the mounting of sensor we tested the entire system with the hydraulic power unit.
