Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati sistematično analizo kakovosti spletnih aplikacij na področju elektronskega bančništva. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili na standard ISO/IEC 25000 - SQuaRE, ki v celoti obravnava kakovost izdelka. Iz nabora standardov SQuaRE smo pregledali vsebine standardov omenjene družine, na koncu pa smo se osredotočili na standard ISO/IEC 25010, ki predstavlja model kakovosti. Ta je sestavljen iz osmih značilnosti: funkcijska ustreznost, učinkovitost izvedbe, usklajenost, uporabnost, zanesljivost, varnost, vzdrževalnost in prenosljivost. Poleg omenjenega standarda nam je zelo pomagal tudi standard ISO/IEC 25040, ki vsebuje postopek za ocenjevanje kakovosti. Za oceno uporabniškega vmesnika smo uporabili Nielsenove principe načrtovanja in ocenjevanja. Analizo smo izvedli na primeru treh spletnih aplikacij elektronskih bank (NLB Klik, Abanka Abanet in UniCredit Bank Online b@nka). Najprej smo določili merila kakovosti ter odločitvene kriterije. Sledilo je preučevanje spletnih aplikacij izbranih bank in določite delov, ki jih bomo ocenjevali. Ocenjevanja smo se lotili po prej določenih kriterijih in rezultate zapisovali v tabele. Za vsak kriterij je izdelana posamezna tabela, ki je na koncu razdeljena še po bankah. Izmed ocenjevanih se je najbolje odrezal NLB Klik, ki je zbral najvišje skupno število točk. Rezultate smo prikazali tudi na grafu.

Title:
The analysis of web application quality for electronic banking
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate a systematic analysis of web applications quality for electronic banking. In the theoretical part we focused on the ISO/IEC 25000 standard, which deals with quality of the product. With help of SQuaRE set of standards we have reviewed the contents of some standards from ISO/IEC 25000 family. At the and we used ISO/IEC 25010 quality model and ISO/IEC 25040 which contains procedure for assessing the product quality. For the assessment of user interface we used Nielsen's principles of planing and evaluation. The analysis was conduced on three web applications for electronic banking NLB Klik, Abanka Abanet in UniCredit Bank Online b@nka. First we prepared quality criteria and the decision criteria. Then we studied the selected web applications and determined parts of application for analyses. All the results was saved in the tables. For each criterion a table of results was made, which is sub-divided by the banks. Best results were discovered for web application NLB Klik. The results are shown on the graph as well.
