Abstract
Diplomska naloga je osnovana predvsem na raziskavah o degradacijah v sistemu sončnih elektrarn, posebej na degradaciji fotovoltaičnega modula. Nalogo sem zastavil tako, da sem najprej opisal glavne gradnike sončne elektrarne, jih predstavil in preučil ter ugotavljal možne vplive na degradacijo. Že sama izdelava silicijeve sončne celice ima največji vpliv na degradacijo, zato sem se najprej posvetil v celoti sončni celici, kasneje pa sem se posvetil testnemu fotovoltaičnemu modulu, ki predstavlja poglavitni del naloge. V Laboratoriju za aplikativno elektroniko smo pod vodstvom dr. Breclja izvajali meritve osončenosti deset let starega sončnega modula, ki je bil objekt raziskave. Sam pristop k raziskavi je takoj pokazal, da imamo v sistemu sončnih elektrarn celo vrsto resnih neposrednih in posrednih degradacij. Zato sem se v nalogi osredotočil tudi na degradacijo razsmernika, poškodbe modulov, napake na sistemu, splošnih napak na modulih, kot je odstopanje Eva folije… V namene raziskav sem uporabil tudi svojo lastno 9,3 kWP elektrarno in v zaključku naloge prikazal rezultate.

Title:Degradation processes in solar power plants
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is based primarily on the research of the degradation in the solar power plant, especially the degradation of the photovoltaic module. First, main building blocks of solar power plants are described. They are presented to examine and identify the potential impacts of degradation. The greatest impact on degradation of the solar power plant has a technology of silicon solar cells and aging process of implemented materials. The exposure to the sun of a ten years old solar module was performed in the Laboratory of Applied Electronics by Dr. Brecl and that was the main research object. The study soon revealed that several serious direct and indirect degradations in the solar power plant can be observed. Therefore, I had a task to focus on the degradation of the inverter, injuries of modules, system defects, general errors of the modules, such as a derogation Eva foil, etc. For the purposes of research I also did tests on a 9,3 kWp photovoltaic power plant which is owned by me. The results of the above mentioned research and tests are presented in the last part of diploma thesis.
