Razvoj in preizkušanje avtomobilskega vzglavnika

Vzglavnik je eden pomembnejših varnostnih sistemov v avtomobilu. Varnost je odvisna od kakovosti izdelave in preizkušanja imajo tu eno najpomembnejših vlog. Naloga predstavlja postopke v procesu razvoja, ki so potrebni, da bo rezultat dober izdelek in v prihodnosti realiziran v proizvodnji. Aktivnosti razvoja vzglavnika so razdeljene na več sklopov. Najpomembnejši so: raziskava trga, izhodišča za razvoj vzglavnika, virtualni razvoj, preizkušanja na izdelkih. Upoštevano je dejstvo, da vse, kar naredimo, moramo testirati. Le tako lahko vemo, da imamo dober izdelek oziroma lahko izdelke še izboljšamo. Na področju preizkušanja se srečujemo z najrazličnejšimi sistemi, kot so razne standardne naprave in pa namenske naprave, ki so zgrajene na podlagi standardov in predpisov. Veliko naprav je namenjenih samo določenim testom, mnogo pa je tudi univerzalnih. V nalogi so opisana preizkuševališča, naprave za testiranja, razni poteki preizkusov in meritev ter način beleženja rezultatov. Rezultati preizkušanj služijo kot smernica pri nadaljnjem razvoju vzglavnika, pomagajo pri izboljševanju izdelka ter nudijo koristne podatke pri razvoju drugih izdelkov. Razvoj ne sme biti prepuščen naključju, zato mora biti razvojna ekipa pravilno izbrana in motivirana. Poleg znanih dejstev pri razvoju je dandanes pomemben inovativen pristop, saj se je potrebno nenehno prilagajati najrazličnejšim zahtevam kupcev in trga.

• Title: Development and testing of automobile headrest

Abstract

Headrest is one of the most important safety elements in car. Safety depends on the quality of the production and tests have one of the most important roles. Task represents operations in the development process which are needed to make a good product and in the future, realized in production. The activities of the development of headrest are divided into several lots. The most important are: study of the market, starting point for the development of headrest, virtual development, testing on the products. Taken into account is the fact that all of what we do, we need to test. This is the only way we can know that we have a good product or we can do some improvements. In the field of testing we are faced with a wide of systems such as various standard devices and dedicated devices that are built on the basis of standards and regulations. Some devices are made only for certain tests and some are universal. In task are described tests area, devices for tests, different courses of tests and measurements and manner of recording results. Results of testing are useful as guideline at further development of headrest. They help us with improving of product and they offer useful data at development of other products. Development should not be left to chance therefore it must be by the development team correctly selected and motivated. In addition to the known facts in the development is nowadays important innovative approach. It is necessary to continually adapt to different requirements of the customers and the market.
