Abstract
V diplomskem delu Pregled meril za dolžino sem v teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela predstavil merila za dolžino, ki se najbolj pogosto uporabljajo v kovinski industriji, predvsem pri mehanski obdelavi kovin kot je struženje, rezkanje in brušenje. Merila za dolžino obsegajo tako digitalna kot analogna merila. V naslednjem delu naloge sem opisal nekaj primerov branja vrednosti analognih meril. Predstavil sem delovanje analognih meril in kako s pomočjo kapacitivnih senzorjev preidemo na digitalna merila. Kapacitivni senzorji so na kratko opisani z dvema konfiguracijama postavitev elektrod, ki neposredno zaznajo gibanja. V nadaljevanju sem se posvetil postopku pregleda meril za dolžino, kot so pomična merila, mikrometri ali vijačna merila in merilne ure. Opisal sem navodila za pregled vseh omenjenih meril za dolžino in primer izračunana merilne negotovosti za zunanji mikrometer. V praktičnem delu sem predstavil konkreten primer kalibracije mize. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge sem na podlagi rezultatov in linearizacije meritev ter s pomočjo linearne korekcije izboljšal točnost meritev.

Title:Length measuring instrument check
Abstract:
This diploma thesis Length measuring instrument check describes and introduces most frequntly used tools for lenght measurment in metal working industry, such as caliperes, indicators and mikrometers. I presented both digital and analog tools for lenght meauserment. In the theoretical part of the thesis I described how the digital measuring tools work and which component they are made of. Capacitive sensors are briefly described with two configurations of the layout of the electrodes, which directly detect movement. Below I described length measuring instrument check instructions. In the practical part I presented a concrete example of calibration a table. The results of the measurements in the final part of the thesis show that by meausiring the table and using a linear correction I improved the accuracy of measurements.
