Abstract
Danes se je že skoraj vsaka oseba srečala z »meritvami« električnih inštalacij, saj se le-te nahajajo že v vsakem enostavnem objektu. Zaradi zagotavljanja varnosti uporabe le-teh pa predpisi natančno določajo dovoljene načine izvedbe električnih inštalacij in predpisujejo preverjanje njihove ustreznosti. Sledeča diplomska naloga se ukvarja ravno z analizo preverjanja ustreznosti nizkonapetostnih električnih inštalacij tako s teoretičnega kot s praktičnega zornega kota. Z analizo predpisov, ki urejajo zahteve izvedbe ter preverjanja ustreznosti električnih inštalacij, razlago načinov izvedbe preverjanj in njihovega pomena, bo v sledečem delu najprej predstavljen teoretični vidik preverjanja električnih inštalacij. Nato pa želi naloga s primerjavo navedenih izhodišč s praktičnim primerom preverjanja električnih inštalacij ugotoviti odnos med t.i. teoretičnim oz. predpisanim in dejanskim stanjem električnih inštalacij.

Title:Verification of safety of low voltage electrical installation
Abstract:
Since electrical installation is present in every simple facility, almost all average citizens have come to know about “measurements” of electrical installation. To make sure that electrical installation is safe for its users, legislature strictly defines allowed ways of its installation and verification of its safety. The following work is focused on verification of safety of low voltage electrical installation from theoretical and empirical point of view. With analysis of legislature dealing with verification of adequacy of electrical installation, explanation of different verification methods and the importance of such verification, the following work presents theoretical basis of verification of electrical installation. Only then the following work turns to compare established theoretical framework with practical example with aim of determining the relationship between the two.
