Industrial progress requires from us all greater precision in the manufacturing processof products, so we have to pay attention to the quality of the manufacturing process itself, which, however, depends on various parameters. To this end, we need better and better gauges to control the parameters resulting from the manufacturing process. In many cases, the most important parameter in the manufacturing process of products is temperature. To this end, the company developed Heitronics pyrometers, which enable non-contact measurement of temperature of desired bodies. The main topic of the thesis will be also pyrometers or radiation thermometers. I will present a history of radiation thermometers, history of temperature measurement, features of a black body and the laws thereof. Then I will present the plan of automation and programming interface of two reference pyrometers in LabVIEW, in which I programmed the interface. With its help I later calibrated the two pyrometers. The interface enables the automatic measurement and calibration of radiation thermometers with adjustable parameters and graphic display of measured values and record them in the database. Follows is a presentation of the results and compareison two pyrometers with comments.
