Abstract
Industrijski napredek od nas zahteva vse večjo natančnost pri izdelavi izdelkov, zato moramo paziti na kvaliteto samega procesa izdelovanja, kateri pa je odvisen od različnih parametrov. V ta namen potrebujemo vse boljše in boljše merilnike, s katerimi nadzorujemo parametre, ki nastajajo pri procesu izdelave. V veliko primerih je najpomembnejši parameter pri izdelavi izdelkov prav temperatura. V ta namen so v podjetju Heitronics razvili pirometre, s katerimi lahko brezkontaktno odčitavamo temperaturo z želenih teles. Glavna tema diplomske naloge bodo prav pirometri oziroma sevalni termometri. Predstavil bom zgodovino sevalnih termometrov, zgodovino merjenja temperature, lastnosti črnega telesa in fizikalne zakone, ki se nanašajo na merjenje temperature. Nato bom predstavil načrt avtomatizacije in programiranje vmesnika dveh referenčnih pirometrov v programu LabVIEW, v katerem sem sprogramiral vmesnik s katerim sem kasneje umeril pirometra. Vmesnik omogoča samodejno merjenje in umerjanje sevalnih termometrov z nastavljivimi parametri, ter grafični prikaz izmerjenih vrednosti in zapis le teh v podatkovno bazo. Sledi predstavitev rezultatov in primerjanje dveh pirometrov ter komentar.

Title:Automation of measurement and calibration of radiation thermometers
Abstract:
Industrial progress requires from us all greater precision in the manufacturing processof products, so we have to pay attention to the quality of the manufacturing process itself, which, however, depends on various parameters. To this end, we need better and better gauges to control the parameters resulting from the manufacturing process. In many cases, the most important parameter in the manufacturing process of products is temperature. To this end, the company developed Heitronics pyrometers, which enable non-contact measurement of temperature of desired bodies. The main topic of the thesis will be also pyrometers or radiation thermometers. I will present a history of radiation thermometers, history of temperature measurement, features of a black body and the laws thereof. Then I will present the plan of automation and programming interface of two reference pyrometers in LabVIEW, in which I programmed the interface. With its help I later calibrated the two pyrometers. The interface enables the automatic measurement and calibration of radiation thermometers with adjustable parameters and graphic display of measured values and record them in the database. Follows is a presentation of the results and compareison two pyrometers with comments.
