Abstract
Tema diplomske naloge je razvoj in izvedba programske in strojne opreme krmilnika sistema za izdelavo biodizla. Celotni sistem je namenjen avtomatskemu doziranju skoraj vseh potrebnih sestavin za izdelavo biodizla. Vsa stanja sistema je mogoče spremljati na zaslonu LCD. Vsi izhodni releji imajo indikatorsko LED diodo, zato je možno delovanje kontrolirati tudi neposredno. Krmilnik nadzoruje dve električni črpalki, dva električna motorja, vse električne ventile ter grelce. Podatke pridobiva iz različnih senzorjev: ultrazvočni senzor meri nivo biodizla v glavnem reaktorju, s pomočjo termistorjev (NTC) se izvaja merjenje temperature tekočine v kotlu. Za končne nivoje tekočin v pomožnem sodu ter za varnost sistema so uporabljena magnetna stikala s plovcem.

Title:Development of a control unit of the system for biodisel production
Abstract:
This thesis describes the development of hardware and software for a control unit for the production of biodiesel. The controller is developed to automatically dose almost all ingredients needed for safe production of biodiesel. All statuses are shown on LCD screen and all output relays have LED diode so functioning can easily be monitored. The controller controls specific electric pumps, electric motors, electric valves, and heaters. The controller gets data from different sensors, such as ultrasound sensor mesuring level of biodiesel in reactor, thermistors NTC used for temperature measurements and Reed switch providing status of the level in auxiliary barrel and for the safety of the system.
