Abstract
Magistrsko delo predstavi razvoj in izdelavo merilnega sistema s temperaturno kompenzacijo. Merilni sistem služi za končno dimenzijsko kontrolo kvalitete izdelka, ki pride iz strojne obdelave. Je nujen pogoj za zagotavljanje skladnosti izdelka z dimenzijskimi vrednostmi podanimi na načrtu. Odstopanja vrednosti so dovoljena le znotraj intervala merilnih toleranc vsake merjene karakteristike. Sposobnost zagotavljanja stabilnosti procesa je pogoj za uspešnost in konkurenčnost podjetij, še posebej tistih, ki strojno proizvajajo količinsko velike serije izdelkov. Merilni sistem je sestavljen iz industrijskega računalnika, ki obdeluje podatke in jih prikazuje na zaslonu LCD, temperaturnega senzorja, kateri bere temperaturo izdelka in jo pošilja na računalnik, vhodno/izhodno kontrolne enote za branje stanja nožnega stikala in svetlobne indikacije za označevanje merilnih trnov, induktivnih sond, ki so locirane v namenskih merilnih glavah za merjenje premera lukenj z natančnostjo mikrona in analognega/digitalnega vmesnika Milimar X1715, proizvajalca Mahr. Z merilnim sistemom, ki ima programsko vgrajeno temperaturno kompenzacijo, omogočimo uporabniku, da lahko neodvisno od temperature strojno obdelanega izdelka izmeri premere lukenj z natančnostjo 1 mikrometra ali 1/1000 milimetra.

Dimension measurement system with temperature compensation
Abstract:
The purpose measurement this thesis is to present the process of developing and manufacturing a measurement system with temperature compensation. The measuring system is used for final quality control of the dimensions of the product that comes from the CNC machine. It is indispensable for ensuring compliance of the product with dimensional values given in the plan. Tolerances are permitted only within the interval of measurement tolerances of each measurement characteristic. The ability to ensure process stability is a prerequisite for company success and competitiveness, especially in the companies that produce large series of products. The measurement system consists of an industrial computer, which processes the data and displays it on the LCD display, an IR temperature sensor, which reads the temperature of the product and sends it to the computer, an input/output control unit for reading the status of the foot switch and a light indication for marking the plug gauges, inductive probes, which are located in separate measuring heads for measuring the diameter of the holes with the precision of a micron, and an analogue/digital interface Milimar X1715 by Mahr. The measurement system with built-in software temperature compensation allows the user to measure the diameters of the holes with an accuracy of 1 micrometer, or 1/1000 mm, regardless of the temperature of the machined product.
