Nadgradnja sistema kakovosti podjetja z novo izdajo standarda ISO 9001:2015

Hiter tehnološki razvoj in vedno večje zahteve po kakovosti so vplivale na razvoj standardov družine ISO. Učinkovit sistem vodenja kakovosti je za novodobne organizacije nujno potreben za njihovo uspešnost na razvitih svetovnih trgih. Ob hitrem razvoju tehnologije, pa je praksa, da se tudi standardi vsake nekaj let posodobijo. V nadaljevanju obravnavan standard za sistem vodenja kakovosti ISO 9001, se je v letu 2015 posodobil in zamenjal starejšo verzijo. V diplomskem delu bom predstavil razlike med obema verzijama, torej 2008 in 2015. Zaradi same oblike standarda, sta manj pozornemu bralcu standarda lahko sila podobna, ko pa se vanju poglobite in preberete še kaj dodatnega gradiva, pa opazite spremembe, ki so jih avtorji želeli uvesti. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je opisana nadgradnja sistema kakovosti v podjetju SMARTEH D.O.O. Z izdajo standarda ISO 9001:2015 je bilo potrebno sistem kakovosti v podjetju dodelati. V tem delu diplomskega dela je opisana analiza stanja in predstavljene rešitve nadgradnje sistema kakovosti, da je skladen z novim standardom.

• Title: Upgrade of the quality system with new edition of the standard ISO 9001:2015

Abstract

The rapid technological progress and the increasing quality requirements influenced the development of the ISO family of standards. Effective quality management system is necessary for the success of a modern organization on the developed world markets. Considering the rapid development of technology, it is customary that the standards are updated every few years Below presented standard of quality management system ISO 9001 was updated in 2015, replacing the old version from 2008. In this thesis I presented the differences between the two versions, 2008 and 2015. Due to the nature of the standard, a less attentive reader could find them almost identical, but after inspecting them more closely and doing some extra reading, you notices the changes that the authors introduced. In the second part of the thesis, I presented the upgrade to the quality system in SMARTEH LTD. With the release of ISO 9001:2015, the development of the quality system in the company became necessary. In this part, I made a descriptive analysis of the situation and presented the solutions that ensured that the upgrade of the quality system met the new standards.
