Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem opisal postopke in tehnike izvajanja kontrole kakovosti varov v serijski produkciji za izpolnjevanje zahtev avtomobilske industrije. Predstavil sem visokoprodukcijsko linijo, v kateri smo zamenjali sistem za avtomatiziran nadzor kakovosti varov. Moje delo pri zamenjavi je bilo v celoti povezano s programom za obdelavo in prikaz podatkov o kakovosti varov. Opisal sem postopek nastavljanja parametrov za optimalno zaznavanje nepravilnosti. Med optimizacijo smo naleteli na težave z detekcijo roba vara. Težave smo odpravili s popravkom programa, spremembo hitrosti zajema podatkov in optimizacijo modula za komunikacijo. Sistem smo preverili in odobrili z analizo merilnega sistema (Measuring System Analysis – MSA).

Title:The system for checking the quality of welds
Abstract:
In this thesis I described the methods and techniques for quality control of welds in mass production to fulfill the requirements of the automotive industry. I introduced high production line in which we replaced a system for automated quality control of welds. My work was completely program related, program for the processing and displaying status of quality of the welds. I described the process of setting the parameters of the program for optimal detection of irregularities. During optimization we encountered problems with detecting the weld edge. Problems have been fixed by correcting the program, setting different scanning speed and optimization of module for communication. The system was checked and approved with the Measuring System Analysis - MSA.
