Abstract
Jedro diplomske naloge predstavlja mobilna tehnologija LTE. Uvodni del na kratko predstavi razvoj mobilnih komunikacij preko več različnih generacij omrežja. Po predstavitvi razlogov razvoja ter arhitekture radijskega ter jedrnega dela LTE omrežja je opisana struktura ter delovanje fizičnega nivoja omrežja, kjer so zajeti posamezni sklopi prenosa podatkov, uporabljeni prenosni kanali, radijski protokoli ter pregled razlik med frekvenčno ter časovno delitvijo virov omrežja. V nadaljevanju opisano tudi trenutno stanje LTE omrežja v Sloveniji. Ker so potrebe po zagotavljanju kvalitete omrežja vedno višje, je v nadaljevanju opisanih več postopkov pridobivanja podatkov s strani omrežja, med katere sodijo uporabljanje z zmogljivostjo virov, pasivno sondiranje ter meritve od konca do konca. Slednje so izredno odvisne od parametrov meritev, katerih vpliv je del praktičnega dela naloge in je podrobneje analiziran ter obrazložen.

Title:Impact of measurement parameters on the LTE measurements results
Abstract:
Core of thesis in mobile technology LTE. Introductory part briefly presents development of mobile communications over multiple network generation. After presentation of reasons behind development and architecture of radio and core part of LTE network, structure and functioning of network's physical layer is described, including separate assemblies of data transfer, used traffic channels, radio protocols and overview of differences between frequency and time division of network resources. Current situation of LTE network is Slovenia is described after. Due to continuous higher demands of network quality assurance, multiple network data accumulation methods are described, which include resource performance management, passive probing and end to end measurements. The latter are highly dependant on measurement parameters, the influence of which is practical part of thesis and is analyzed in detail and reasoned.
