Design and operation of electronics circuit for sensorless driving of permanent synchronous
motor is presented in this thesis. Beside general overview of motor construction, load design
and its characteristics there are also included analysis of structural circuit’s blocks.
Electronics circuit stages from power input, power filtering to suppress EMI emissions, dc - dc
converters to power internal components, microcontroller and operation of current sensing
amplifiers with current protecting circuit is presented in general. In depth overview includes
user input stage with VCO as analog encoder to send user control and communication signal
over optocouplers to microcontroller.
