Povečanje kapacitete telefonskega sistema v regijski zdravstveni organizaciji

V diplomskem delu smo preučevali možnost povečanja kapacitete oziroma nadgradnjo telefonskega sistema v Splošni bolnišnici Novo mesto. V uvodu smo prestavili uporabnikove zahteve v nadaljevanju pa naredili pregled scenarijev za nadgradnjo telefonskega sistema in tudi izbrali tri možne rešitve. Nato smo se lotili treh študij, in sicer možnost nadgradnje obstoječega sistema, rešitev s pomočjo komercialnega sistema 3CX in odprtokodnega sistema Asterisk. Na koncu smo še utemeljili izbiro, ki se nam je po tehtnem premisleku glede na dane informacije zdela najboljša.

• Title: Capacity upgrade of a telephone system at a regional healthcare organisation

Abstract

In diploma we were studying various options of capacity upgrade of a telephone system in a healthcare organization in Novo mesto. In the introduction we presented the needs of the healthcare organization and in the next chapter we looked over the possible scenarios for upgrading the telephone system and we as well picked three solutions. Than we presented the three studies, first possibility was an upgrade of current system, second solution was a commercial system 3CX and the third solution was open source system Asterisk. For closure we justified our pick of the solution based on the data that was available to us.
