Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo modelirali in primerjali funkcionalne regije stalnih selitev in delovne mobilnosti v Sloveniji. Analizo smo izvedli po letih za obdobje 2008–2014. Podatke o selitvah in delovni mobilnosti med občinami Slovenije smo pridobili na Statističnem uradu Republike Slovenije (SURS, 2015a, 2015b, 2015c). Funkcionalne regije smo modelirali po metodi Intramax. Primerjavo sistemov hierarhičnih funkcionalnih regij smo izvedli s pomočjo prilagojenega Fowlkes- Mallowsovega indeksa

Title:Comparison of functional regions of permanent migration and commuting in Slovenia
Abstract:
In the bachelor's thesis we modelled and compared the functional regions in Slovenia based on permanent migrations and commuting. The analysis was carried out for each year in the period from 2008 to 2014. We acquired data about migration and commuting between the municipalities in Slovenia from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (SURS, 2015a, 2015b, 2015c). The functional regions were modelled using the Intramax method. To compare the systems of hierarchical functional regions we adapted and applied the Fowlkes-Mallows index (Fowlkes and Mallows, 1983; Wallas, 1983). The modelling and the comparison of functional regions were conducted by means of programming code in the Mathematica 10.2 software tool (Drobne and Lakner, 2016). The
