Abstract
Z uporabo sodobnih sistemov vodenja v industrijskih procesih izboljšujemo delovanje, preglednost in učinkovitost delovanja procesov. Sekvenčno vodenje je ena od vrst vodenja. Pri izdelavi papirja sta zelo pomembni točnost in pravilnost delovanja posameznih linij za vnos vlaknin. S predelavo linije izmeta je bilo doseženo kvalitetnejše delovanje linij. Prav tako kot pravilnost je pomembna tudi preglednost sistema vodenja. S predelavo vnosne tabele je posluževanje bolj pregledno in natančno. Za upravljanje linij je bilo uporabljeno sekvenčno vodenje. Posluževanje je bilo narejeno s pomočjo sistema SCADA. Rezultati predelave so kvalitetnejše in točnejše delovanje linij, višja energetska učinkovitost z izločanjem razvlaknjevalnikov iz procesa, točnejši vnos surovin in preglednost procesa.

Title:Automation upgrade of the broke line in a paper mill
Abstract:
With use of modern control systems for industrial processes their performance, transparency and efficiency is improved. Sequential control is one of approaches to control of industrial control system. In paper manufacturing the accuracy and proper fiber intake functioning of individual lines are very important. With waste paper line improvement better quality of fiber intake process was achieved. The control system has to be not only functionally flawless, but also transparent. With improved input table the operation is more transparent and accurate. The sequential control approach was used when redesigning the lines. SCADA system is used for supervision of the process. The results of improvement are better and more accurate operation of the lines, higher energy efficiency by eliminating deflakers from the process, more accurate entry of raw materials and the transparency of the entire process.
