Abstract

Title:Look at German “energy turnaround”
Abstract:
Concern for the environment, greenhouse gases, keeping our planet clean and energy independance of country, makes vorries for the whole world. Except USA, Canada, Russia, New Zeland and Japan who disagried with the Kyoto agreement. On the other side is Germany, the biggest »green energy« producer on the whole world. Her goal is to produce to about 80 % of the »green energy« and at the moment this goal is hard to reach. Bacause of the accident in Japan the politicians think that nuclear energy is to dangerus and should be replaced with renewable source of energy. This kind of energy makes new tehnically challenging problems wich could be verry expensive. The prices of electricity are higher and higher and that makes Germans angry. Country is going through some rough times. Proper knowledge of scientists, engineers and at the same time the correct policy are capable of anything.

Keywords:energy revolution, global warming, renewable energy sources, energy prices, system stability
