Abstract
V tej diplomski nalogi je predstavljen proces izdelave kontrolnega programa za kontrolo elektronskega modula na napravi za avtomatsko optično kontrolo elektronskih modulov BF18D-P40, ki jo uporabljamo tudi v podjetju Kolektor Group. Moja naloga je bila vpeljava te naprave v našo proizvodnjo. To je bilo nujno, če želimo ohranjati kvantiteto in kvaliteto izdelave tiskanih vezij, saj so izdelki danes vse bolj kompleksni in manjši. V prvem delu predstavljam tehnologije, ki so vgrajene v te naprave, zgodovino samih naprav in njihovo delovanje. Na kratko je predstavljen tudi proces izdelave elektronskega modula v naši proizvodnji elektronike. Drugi del je posvečen napravi BF18D-P40, njenemu osnovnemu delovanju in vgrajenih tehnologijah. Predstavljeni so vzroki za kreiranje nove knjižnice in same prednosti nove knjižnice pred staro z vidika programiranja. Predstavljen je tudi praktičen primer kreiranja programa za kontrolo zahtevnejših komponent na PCB-ju.

Title:Automatic optical inspection of electronic modules
Abstract:
This thesis presents the process of making the control program for controlling the electronic module of the device for automatic optical inspection of electronic modules BF18D-P40, which is also used in the company Kolektor Group. My task was the introduction of these devices in our production. This was necessary if we are to maintain the quantity and quality of manufacture of printed circuit boards, as the products are today increasingly complex and smaller. In the first part are present technologies that are built into these devices, the history of devices and their operation. It briefly presented the process of manufacturing the electronic module in our electronics manufacturing. The second part is dedicated to the device BF18D-P40, its basic operation and embedded technologies. Featured are the reasons for creating a new library and the same advantages of the new library from the old in terms of programming. It is presented as a practical example of creating a program for the control of complex components on the PCB.
