Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem analizirala prenovo osnovne šole Dobrovo z vidika energetske učinkovitosti in kakovosti notranjega okolja. Objekt Osnovna šola Dobrovo je razgibane oblike, sestavljen iz kubusov različnih velikosti in višin. Glede na čas in konstrukcijski sistem gradnje lahko celoten šolski kompleks v grobem ločimo na dva dela. Prvi del ali "stara šola" (dograjena leta 1966) obsega dve med seboj pravokotni krili, kjer so učilnice, pisarne in knjižnica. Drugi del je novejši del (dozidava je trajala več let in se zaključila približno pred desetletjem) in obsega prostore telovadnic, jedilnice, kuhinje in petih učilnic. Na prvem delu objekta je bil leta 2014 prenovljen samo toplotni ovoj stavbe, na drugem delu objekta pa poleg tega še menjava stavbnega pohištva, montaža kolektorjev za gretje sanitarne vode in zamenjava kotla na lesno biomaso. Zadnjih dveh omenjenih izboljšav pri analizi nisem upoštevala , saj so z njuno uporabo pričeli šele januarja 2015. Poleg tega oba omenjena posega nista vključena v izračunano energetsko izkaznico. Cilj diplomske naloge je s programsko opremo TOST izračunati parametre energetske učinkovitosti in jih primerjati z obstoječo zakonodajo ter izračunano energetsko izkaznico objekta. Vidik kakovosti notranjega okolja sem analizirala s pomočjo vprašalnika, s katerim sem pridobila mnenje zaposlenih o izbranih parametrih kakovosti notranjega okolja po sanaciji OŠ Dobrovo v primerjavi s stanjem pred sanacijo. Rezultati so pokazali, da Osnovna šola Dobrovo ne izpolnjuje zahtev o energetski učinkovitosti objekta. Pri primerjavi izračunanih vrednosti s programsko opremo TOST in izračunanih vrednosti z energetske izkaznice dobimo različne rezultate. Najbolj odstopajo vrednosti izpustov CO2, in sicer za več kot dvakrat. Rezultati ankete kažejo na minimalne spremembe v zaznani kakovosti notranjega okolja po sanaciji v primerjavi s stanjem pred sanacijo. Da bi pridobili rezultate, s katerimi bi z gotovostjo sklepali na vpliv sanacije na kakovost notranjega okolja, bi bile potrebne podrobne analize. Mnenja o kakovosti notranjega okolja bi bilo treba v prihodnosti nadgraditi tudi z meritvami parametrov udobja. Priporočamo, da se obstoječe okvirje oken prestavi v nivo toplotne izolacije, da se obnovi ogrevalni sistem in naprave za pripravo tople sanitarne vode ter se uredi prezračevanje z rekuperacijo toplote. Poleg tega bi bilo dobro vgraditi termostatske ventile in zamenjati obtočne črpalke.

Title:Analysis of the existing elementary school Dobrovo in terms of energy performance and indoor environment quality
Abstract:
In my thesis, I analysed the renovation of Dobrovo Primary School in terms of energy efficiency and indoor air quality. The school facilities are diverse, composed of cubes of different sizes and heights. Given the time and the construction system, the whole school complex can be divided into two major parts. The first part or the "old school" (completion of building works in 1966) comprises two mutually perpendicular wings where classrooms, offices and library are situated. The second part is the newer part (the extension lasted several years and was finalised about a decade ago) which comprises gyms, dining halls, kitchens and five classrooms. On the first part, only the remediation of the thermal envelope of the building was carried out in 2014 whereas on the second part also builders’ joinery was replaced, solar panels for heating domestic water and woodfuelled biomass boiler were installed. However, the last two improvements introduced by Dobrovo Primary School were not taken into account in the analysis since they have only come into use in 2015. Moreover, both of these are also not included in the energy performance certificate. The aim of the thesis is to present the results calculated using TOST software and compare them with the existing legislation as well as the calculated energy performance certificate of the building. The aspect of indoor air quality had been analysed through a survey among the employees which provided their opinion on the chosen quality parameters before and after the restoration. The results obtained with TOST software revealed that Dobrovo Primary School does not meet the requirements of the energy efficiency. When comparing the values calculated by TOST software and calculated values of the energy performance certificate, different results are obtained. The values of CO2 deviate the most as they are more than twice as high. Based on the survey results, it can be concluded that only minimal changes are perceived in the quality of the indoor environment after the renovation. In order to obtain results that would draw to a firm conclusion on the effects of rehabilitation on the quality of the indoor environment, a detailed analysis would be required. In the future, the opinion should be upgraded also with measurements of comfort parameters. It is recommended to move the existing window frames to the level of thermal insulation, to renew the heating system and hot domestic water preparation appliances, and to install heat recovery ventilation system. In addition, it would be worthwhile fitting thermostatic valve and replacing circulating.
