Pošiljanje podatkov iz mobilne naprave v platformo Think!EHR

Na področju elektronskega zdravja je zelo pomembna interoperabilnost med več informacijskimi sistemi z različno programsko opremo. Ta problem lahko rešujemo z vpeljavo standardov, ki omogočajo komunikacijo in poenotijo izmenjavo informacij med različnimi sistemi. Standardizacija je zelo kompleksna, saj je treba upoštevati tudi zdravstveno zakonodajo, varnosti osebnih podatkov in pravne ter socialne zahteve. Platforma Think!EHR, v katero smo pošiljali izmerjene podatke, je bazirana na standardu openEHR, s katerim smo se morali pred izdelavo aplikacije spoznati. Prav tako je bilo treba poznati tudi operacijski sistem Android in okolje, v katerem smo aplikacijo razvili. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izdelava Android aplikacije, ki pošilja podatke v elektronsko zdravstveno kartoteko. Aplikacija je namenjena uporabnikom, ki želijo spremljati svoje zdravstvene podatke in dostopati do njihove zgodovine, kjer so predstavljeni grafično. Teh aplikacij imamo že veliko na voljo, v našem primeru pa podatke pošiljamo v elektronsko zdravstveno kartoteko, do katere ima dostop tudi zdravnik in nam ob morebitnih težavah, s spremljanjem naših meritev, lažje pomaga. Ob koncu diplomske naloge smo naredili še meritve odzivnega časa sistema in tako ocenili delovanje pri različnih intervalih poslanih podatkov.

• Title: Transmission of data from the mobile terminal to Think!EHR platform

Abstract

In the field of electronic health interoperability between different information systems with various software is very important. This problem can be solved through definition of standards which enable communication and unify the exchange of information between diffrent systems. Standardization is very complex because of health legislation, protection of personal data and other social and law requirements. The platform Think!EHR where we sent our data is based on the standard openEHR. Before we started our application development we had to get familiar with this standard. Also we had to get acquainted with Android opereating system and the software development kit for Android applications. In this thesis development of our application that sends data to electronic health record is presented. Application is intented for different users that want to monitor their health data and than access its history granted graphically. There are a lot of similar apps in use. Our application differs from others because we are sending data to electronic health record to which doctors can admission and if there are any problems take appropriate action. At the end of the thesis we observed and measured response time of the system and evaluated its function while sending data in different intervals.
