Izkušnje učiteljev razrednega pouka s poučevanjem gospodinjstva

Abstract
Učitelj je eden ključnih dejavnikov pouka, saj ga načrtuje in izvaja. Pri tem določa, kaj, koliko in kako se bodo učenci naučili, pri čemer si prizadeva, da je njihov razvoj čim bolj celosten. Ker slovenska zakonodaja učiteljem razrednega pouka omogoča tudi poučevanje gospodinjstva v 5. razredu osnovne šole, smo raziskali, kakšne so njihove izkušnje s poučevanjem tega predmeta. Raziskava je bila kvalitativna, za pridobivanje podatkov pa smo oblikovali anketni vprašalnik. Zaradi slabe odzivnosti učiteljev vzorec v raziskavi tvori le 30 oseb. Ugotovili smo, da učitelji razrednega pouka, ki poučujejo gospodinjstvo v 5. razredu, najpogosteje navajajo, da je to del njihovih delovnih obveznosti. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da učitelji ocenjujejo, da je bil vpliv študija na poznavanje vsebin modulov Ekonomika gospodinjstva in Tekstil in oblačenje majhen. Kot dejavnik, ki je najbolj pripomogel k poznavanju vsebin omenjenih modulov pa navajajo splošno razgledanost. Z rezultati raziskave smo dobili vpogled v izkušnje, ki jih imajo učitelji razrednega pouka s poučevanjem predmeta gospodinjstvo. Raziskava daje izhodišča za nadaljnje raziskave na tem področju, poleg tega pa na osnovi pridobljenih rezultatov lahko oblikujemo ukrepe, s katerimi bi lahko gospodinjsko izobraževanje še izboljšali.

Title:Experiences of primary school teachers in home economics teaching
Abstract:
Teacher is one the key factors in education, because it is the teacher who plans and carries out the lessons. The teacher determines what, how much and how the pupils will learn in such a way to provide that the pupils’ development is as comprehensive as possible. Because Slovenian legislation allows primary teachers also to teach Home Economics in 5th grade of primary school, we researched the experience of teachers in teaching this subject. The research was qualitative and we designed a questionnaire for obtaining data. Because of the poor response from the teachers, the research sample was only 30 persons. We have determined that primary teachers, who teach Home Economics in 5th grade most commonly state that this is part of their work obligation. Research results show that teachers evaluate that the impact of studies to the knowledge of contents of the modules Home Economics and Textile and Clothing is weak. They state general knowledge as the principal factor, which mostly contributes to the knowledge of the above mentioned modules. The research results have enabled us insight in the experience teachers have in teaching Home Economics. The research also presents certain starting point for future research in the area and in addition allows the creation of measures, which would improve the education of Home Economics.
