Stališča in izkušnje vzgojitelja na področju agresivnega vedenja predšolskih otrok : diplomsko delo

Abstract
V prvem delu diplomskega dela predstavim terminologijo in definicije agresivnosti, različne teorije agresivnosti, se osredotočim na agresivno vedenje predšolskih otrok ter odziv vzgojitelja ob agresivnem vedenju otroka. V drugem delu predstavim in analiziram intervjuje desetih vzgojiteljic Vrtca Antona Medveda Kamnik. Podatke sem zbirala s pomočjo polstrukturiranega (individualnega) intervjuja, s katerim sem raziskovala njihova stališča in poglede na agresivno vedenje v predšolskem obdobju. Vzorec predstavlja deset vzgojiteljic predšolskih otrok, zaposlenih v Vrtcu Antona Medveda Kamnik, katerega enote se nahajajo v Kamniku in njegovi okolici. Raziskava je pokazala, da vzgojiteljice v vrtcu opažajo predvsem fizično agresivno vedenje, v starosti od pet do šest let pa tudi verbalno agresivno vedenje, ki se pogosteje pojavlja pri deklicah, za katere je bolj značilno posredno in besedno agresivno vedenje. Vzgojiteljice v Vrtcu Antona Medveda skušajo biti pri reševanju vedenjskih težav nepristranske, umirjene in pravične, hkrati pa otroke spodbujati k samostojnemu dogovarjanju ter reševanju konfliktov. Tekom raziskave sem se osredotočila tudi na razmišljanja vzgojiteljic ob agresivnem vedenju predšolskega otroka.

Title:Views and experiences of educator on aggressive behavior of preschool child
Abstract:
In the first part of my diploma I present terminology and definition of aggression and different theories of aggression. I concentrated on aggressive behavior in preschool child and reactions of educator when they have a child with aggressive behavior problems. In the second part I present and analyze interviews of ten preschool educators of Vrtec Antona Medveda Kamnik. I explored their views on aggressive behavior in preschool years with individual interviews. The research showed that educators notice physical aggressive behavior in particular, and during last year of preschool, especially girls are starting to use verbal aggression. During that time, educators are trying to stay calm and fair, but at the same time they want to encourage kids to negotiate and solve problems on their own. My research was also focused on views of educator on aggressive behavior in preschool child.
