Abstract
Alkidnemu premaznemu sredstvu na osnovi organskih topil in vodnemu akrilnemu premazu smo dodajali redčilo in pigmentno pasto, ki je vsebovala TiO2, da bi raziskali njun vpliv na kontaktni kot premazov na bukovem lesu. Ugotovili smo, da premazoma redčenje zniža viskoznost in kontaktni kot. Dodatek pigmentne paste kontaktni kot alkidnega premaza zmanjša, kot omakanja vodnega akrilnega pripravka za površinsko obdelavo lesa pa se poveča.

Abstract:
The influence of diluent and pigment paste, containing TiO2, on contact angles of coatings on beech wood were investigated. The coatings used were: the alkyd one on the basis of organic solvents and the water borne acrylic finish. It was found out that the addition of the diluent resulted in reduction of viscosity and decrease of contact angles at both coatings. The increased share of pigments reduced the contact angles of the solvent borne alkyd coating, and increased the contact angle of the water borne acrylic wood coating.
