Abstract
V magistrskem delu se ukvarjam z vprašanjem, kako integrativni model koučinga vpliva na osebni razvoj. Delo izhaja iz teoretičnih izhodišč narativnega koučinga, koučinga nevrolingvističnega programiranja (NLP) in sinergetskih generičnih načel teorije o kompleksnosti. V delu opredelim model narativnega in NLP koučinga glede na šest meril: temeljne značilnosti in predpostavke, načela in proces, cilji in naloge v procesu, kompetence, lastnosti in vloga kouča, intervencije in merila uspešnosti procesa. Osredotočim se na primerjavo modelov, tako da modela podrobno opišem in ju primerjam med sabo. S prepoznavanjem stičnosti in različnosti pripomorem k boljšemu razumevanju lastnosti obeh modelov, kar daje podlago za uporabo obeh pristopov v praksi. V empiričnem delu s študijo petih primerov analiziram uporabo intervencij ter po generičnih načelih sinergetike razčlenim dobesedni zapis petih srečanj koučinga, in sicer od vsakega klienta po enega, tistega, ki je najbolj reprezentativen glede na uporabo intervencij in pomen, ki ga je imel za potek koučing procesa. Namen empiričnega dela je bil ugotoviti, kako koučing vpliva na različna področja osebnega razvoja klientov (samopodoba, odnosi, šolanje in poklic); kateri so ključni elementi procesa koučinga, ki povzročijo spremembe in premike v osebnem razvoju klienta; katere značilnosti in intervencije narativnega in pristopa NLP koučinga vplivajo na doseganje učinkov v analiziranih procesih ter kaj o komunikaciji v analiziranih dokumentih razgrne sinergetsko kibernetska analiza. Uporabljena je bila kvalitativna metoda analize zbranega gradiva iz srečanj koučinga kot študija petih primerov ter evalviranje procesa s strani klientov in kouča. Zbrani podatki so omogočili analizo procesa posameznikovega razvoja v procesih soustvarjalnega koučinga v integrativnem modelu. Odgovori na raziskovalna vprašanja kažejo, da je integrativni model narativnega in NLP koučinga z upoštevanjem sinergetičnih generičnih načel učinkovit in celovit pristop k osebnemu razvoju. Vseh pet klientov je namreč izboljšalo samopodobo, odnose z bližnjimi in postali so učinkovitejši v službi ali šoli. Spremembe in premike v osebnem razvoju klientov je povzročilo mnogo dejavnikov, med katerimi je najpomembnejši odnos zaupanja med klientom in koučem ter narativne in NLP intervencije v kombinaciji z upoštevanjem sinergetičnih generičnih načel. Ugotavljam, da integrativni model prispeva k zavestnemu osebnemu razvoju klientov, saj se vsi trije pristopi prepletajo in postanejo zato še bolj učinkoviti, kot bi bil vsak sam.

Title:Coaching for personal development
Abstract:
The present paper deals with the question how coaching influences personal development. It is based on theoretical principles of narrative and neurolinguistic coaching and the synergetic generic principles of theory of complexity. The narrative and NLP coaching model is described considering six criteria: basic features and assumptions, principles, goals and tasks in the coaching process, competences, skills, features and role of the coach, interventions and criteria of success of the process. It focuses on the comparison of similarities and differences of narrative and NLP model, as they are described and compared in detail. By indentifiying their similarities and differences the understanding of their characteristics is deepened, which gives us the basis for the implementation of the models in practice. In the empirical part the study case of five processes reveals the usage of interventions. The verbatims of the most typical sessions are analysed according to the synergetic generic principles. The purpose of the empirical part is to discover the impact of coaching on various areas of personal development of the clients (self-esteem, relationships, education and work). Furthermore, it shows the key elements, characteristics and interventions of coaching process, which contribute to the changes and shifts in the personal development of the clients. Moreover, in the empirical part I deal with the question which characteristics and interventions of narrative and NLP coaching contribute to the effects of coaching and what the synergetic analysis of verbatim shows about the process of the clients' personal development. Qualitative method of analysis of coaching sessions is applied as five study cases as well as the evaluation of the processes by clients and coach. The assembled data contributes to the analysis of clients' personal development in the processes of co-creative coaching in integrative model. Research reveals that the integrative model of narrative, NLP coaching and synergetic generic principles present the effective and holistic approach to personal development. Namely, all five clients have improved their self-esteem, deepened close relationships and they have become more efficient at work or in school. Changes and shifts in their development have been caused by many factors. However, the crucial one is the trustworthy relationship between the coach and the client and also the narrative and NLP interventions applied according to the synergetic generic principles. In conclusion, the integrative model contributes to the conscious personal development, as all three approaches are intertwined and are therefore even more efficient than each of them separately.
