Abstract
omska naloga vsebuje opis dodelave pakirnega stroja za stiroporne plošče. Stroju smo dodali več novih elementov, s tem avtomatizirali večji del procesa in izboljšali kakovost pakiranja. Na vstopu v pakirni stroj smo dodali tekoči trak, ki ima funkcijo čakalne vrste. Za pakiranje se uporablja termoskrčljiva folija, ki je po predelavi širša od paketa in tako zaščiti vse robove paketa. Folijo je potrebno toplotno obdelati, zato smo na koncu pakirnega stroja dodali tekoči trak z grelnimi elementi, iz katerih piha topel zrak, ki skrči folijo. Operaterjem smo olajšali delo tudi pri pripravi paketov na transport. Dodali smo obračalno mizo, ki glede na potrebe poravna par paketov in ga obrne za 90°. Cilj dodelave je bil prilagoditev obstoječe programske opreme na krmilniku, razvoj programske opreme za nove dele linije ter razvoj grafičnega vmesnika.

Abstract:
The thesis content describes upgrading of the packaging machine for styrofoam plates. We added several new features to the machine, automated the greater part of the process and improved the quality of packing. At the entrance port of the packaging machine we placed a conveyor belt, which has a function of the queue. We are using heat shrinking foil that gets wider than the package itself after the processing in order to protect all the edges of the package. Because the foil needs to be heat-treated we added a conveyor belt with heating elements blowing hot air and shrinking the film at the end. We also made work easier for the operators when they are preparing packages to transport. We added a turning table which, depending on the needs, aligns pair of packages and turns them for 90°. The objective of upgrading was adjustment of the existing software on the controller, software development for new parts of the packaging line and development of the graphical user interface.
