The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine, how does a teacher prepare for work with a child with special needs who has speech and language disorder and epilepsy, as well as how the work is actually carried out in the kindergarden, which of the adjustment are used and which not.
In determing this the non-standardized interview with a teacher and direct observation of the work of the group was used. The information obtained is presented by quantitative and qualitative method of evaluation variables.
Awareness and consideration of child's deficits is essential for the organization and realisation of education, because only in this way correct child comprehensive development for later life is enabled.
