Abstract
Raziskujemo njihove prednosti in slabosti.

Title:Didactic computer games for preschool children
Abstract:
Nowadays it is hard to imagine life without technology that surrounds everywhere we go. The game belongs to every child’s life and all the children know how to play games and they love doing it. Playing games is crucial for children as it helps them getting familiar with the world around them and helps them understand different life situations. In my thesis we work with preschool children playing games with the help of technology, more exactly with computers and tablets. Our main goal is trying to understand if it would be worth introducing technology in preschool education and how to do that. In our research the children first played authentic games before introducing computer games. Through my work we try to describe the meaning of didactic computer games dedicated to preschool children and their advantages and disadvantages. We observed preschool children in kindergarten playing computer didactic games and we focused on their behaviour. The purpose of our research was to explore different things when children are playing computer games: the ability to recognise the components of the systems and how to form systems by combining components together, ability of classifying different kinds of objects regarding to specific property, to explore whether children use the foundations of logical and creative thinking and whether they could find relations between the objects in games with the objects in real life. This skills and ways of thinking will be later used by children to develop capabilities to help them solve problems, which is the fundamental part of today's curriculums.
