Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje razvoj merilnega sistema za merjenje impedanc po primerjalni napetostno-tokovni metodi v območju nizkih frekvenc. Izvedba dvokanalnega merilnega sistema temelji na uporabi večkanalnega generatorja napetosti, dveh precizijskih vzorčevalnih voltmetrih HP3458A in računalniku z nameščenim programskim okoljem Agilent VEE Pro. Poleg omenjenih instrumentov dvokanalni merilni sistem vsebuje še GPIB in USB vodila. Za ovrednotenje referenčnih vrednosti, ki so vpete v merilni sistem, je uporabljen impedančni analizator Keysight E4990A. V diplomskem delu se najprej posvečamo splošnemu opisu impedanc, merjenju impedanc ter metodah merjenja impedanc. V nadaljevanju sta prikazani zasnova in realizacija dvokanalnega merilnega sistema, pri katerem je bilo treba pripraviti tudi ustrezno programsko podporo. Zadnji del diplomskega dela je posvečen analiziranju in preverjanju velikosti merilnega pogreška odzivov v primerjavi z referenčnimi meritvami.

Title:Comparative impedance measurements
Abstract:
The thesis describes the development of a measuring system for the impedance measurement using the comparative voltage-current method at low frequencies. Implementation of two-channel measurement system based on the use of multi-channel voltage generator, two sampling precision voltmeters HP3458A and a computer with installed software environment, Agilent VEE Pro. In addition to these instruments, two-channel measurement system also includes GPIB and USB. For the evaluation reference values which are included in the measurement system is used Keysight E4990A impedance analyzer. In this thesis, the first devoted to a general description of impedances, impedance measurement, and methods of measuring impedances. Below they are shown the conception and realization of the two-channel measuring system, which has been found necessary to prepare the corresponding software. The last part of the thesis is devoted to analyzing and verifying the size of the measurement error responses in comparison to the reference measurements.
