Abstract
Ob spreminjanju podnebja se število poplav in količina sušnih dni vsako leto vztrajno veča. V bran visokim vodam in suši človek že vrsto let gradi infrastrukturne objekte kot so vodni zadrževalniki. Ti objekti so v zadnjih desetletjih še pridobili na pomenu in možnosti več namenske rabe ter s tem poleg obrambe pred poplavami bistveno pripomogli tudi k razvoju gospodarstva. Zgradbe takšnih razsežnosti bistveno vplivajo na okolje, zato je treba imeti pri umeščanju le teh v prostor tankočuten občutek za okolje in ohranjanje narave. Zelo pomemben del načrtovanja vodnih zadrževalnikov je načrtovanje iztočnih objektov ter z njimi povezana hidravlična analiza. Zasnova iztočnega objekta pomembno vpliva na hidravlične karakteristike pregrade in njeno varnost. V diplomski nalogi so opisane različne ureditve iztočnih objektov ter njihove hidravlične značilnosti. Kot konkretni primer hidravlične analize smo podrobneje obravnavali vodni zadrževalnik Drtijščica.

Title:Arrangement of Dam Outlet Works Analysis
Abstract:
In relation to climate change, the number of floods and dry days is increasing. From ancient history man has built water reservoirs in order to protect himself from floods and drought. In last decades these structures have gained on importance especially because of their multifunctional nature which has significantly influenced, not just flood control, but also economic development of the society. Placing of such structures into environment must be carefully studied with an aim to preserve natural environment and reduce their environmental effects as much as possible. Very important part of designing a dam is arrangement and hydraulic design of outlet works. Safety of a dam and its hydraulic characteristics depend on design of outlet works. Different outlet works arrangements are described in this thesis as well as their hydraulic properties. In the last part of the thesis, hydraulic analysis of the outlet of Drtijščica dam is performed.
