Abstract
Izdelan model sem s pomočjo programskega dodatka Construction Simulation in programa Navisworks nadgradil s terminskim planom izvedbe modeliranih elementov in izdelal simulaciji gradnje.

Title:
The use of 4D models in construction
Abstract:
Building information modeling offers powerful and effective tool to optimize construction projects. Depending on complexity of the project and intent of using BIM models we have avalible multiple dimensional models which includes basic geometry with aditional information such as material, type of build and location. In adition to all of that we can also integrate dimension of time, cost and so on. In my thesis I described mostly 4D BIM models. I focused on ways and areas of their use in building science. I appeard the use of that models also on practical example in which I made 3D BIM model of a family house whith program Archicad. In progame add-on Construction Simulation and programe Navisworks I upgrated this model with time schedule of modeled elements and made virtual simulations of the building. I concluded that BIM tehnology in building science brings qualities that are suitable for all participants in building project. During my research I did not discover any negative quality of integration this tehnology in building science.
