Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo določevali meje dejanske rabe oziroma pokritosti zemljišč z izmero na terenu ter s pomočjo zajema podatkov na različnih prostorskih podatkovnih slojih v okoljih geografskih informacijskih sistemov (GIS). Želeli smo preveriti, ali lahko različne metodologije zajema podatkov o dejanski rabi zemljišč oziroma pokritosti privedejo do različnih rezultatov. V ta namen smo izbrali testno območje, ki je bilo dovolj razgibano za določitev območij različnih vrst pokritosti zemljišč. Z metodo izmere GNSS smo določili položaje značilnih točk meje med območji različnih vrst pokritosti zemljišč. Iste točke smo identificirali in določili koordinate na najnovejšem državnem ortofotu. Dobljene podatke smo analizirali in jih primerjali še z evidenco dejanske rabe zemljišč kmetijskega ministrstva.

Title:Using GNSS to determine the boundaries of land use for the comparison with data from orthophoto
Abstract:
In the graduation thesis the boundaries of land use and land cover have been determined first by terrain work and second by data acquisition from GIS spatial data layers. The aim was to determine the difference in the interpretation of the results acquired from different methodologies of spatial data acquisition. For this purpose we have chosen the test area, which included various types of land cover. We used GNSS method to determine the position of the characteristic points of the boundaries between the areas of different types of land cover. The same points were identified on the last recent national orthophoto. Finally, results were compared with land use records data from the Ministry of the agriculture, forestry and food.
