Analiza zvočne zaščite stavbnih ovojev glede na različne nivoje zunanjega hrupa : diplomska naloga

Abstract
Kljub zakonskim zahtevam se trend današnje gradnje in prenove nagiba k čim manjši porabi energije, področje zaščite pred hrupom pa ni pogosto obravnavano. Ker je hrup zunaj vse bolj prisoten, je potrebna primerna gradnja, ki zadošča zakonskim zahtevam, katere ščitijo uporabnike stavbe pred negativno izpostavljenostjo hrupa iz okolja in upošteva lokacijo ter zunanjo raven hrupa. Zato sem v diplomski nalogi preverjala ustreznost sedmih stavbnih ovojev glede na različna območja varstva pred hrupom, ki so določena v zakonodaji in z različnimi variantami spreminjala njihov delež zasteklitve. S pomočjo programskega orodja URSA Fragmat-Akustika sem obravnavala štiri masivne stavbne ovoje in tri lahke. Z upoštevanjem korekcijskih faktorjev za prometni hrup na urbanih cestah sem ugotovila, kateri stavbni pasovi nudijo zadostno zvočno zaščito glede na različne nivoje zunanjega hrupa. Z različnimi variantami, kjer sem spreminjala delež zasteklitve, sem raziskala, da obravnavani lahki stavbni ovoji večinoma ne ustrezajo zakonskim zahtevam za najneugodnejše območje varstva pred hrupom niti pri zelo majhnem deležu zasteklitve, medtem ko masivni stavbni ovoji ustrezajo. Pri variantah, kjer sem povečala delež zasteklitve, noben od zidov ni ustrezal, kar kaže na velik vpliv zvočno šibkejšega dela stavbnega ovoja. Pri novogradnjah in obnovah stavb je potrebno pri zvočni zaščiti celostno obravnavat vse dele stavbnega ovoja in poskrbeti za primerno zvočno izolirnih vseh delov ovoja. Stavbe z manjšo zvočno izolirnostjo niso primerne za hrupnejša območja in vplivajo na kakovost bivanja, možen je negativni vpliv na zdravje uporabnikov.

Title:Analysis of sound insulation of external envelope constructions dependent on different levels of external noise : graduation thesis
Abstract:
In spite of the law requirements, todays building and renovation projects tend to minimize energy costs, while noise issues are rarely addressed. Because of the presence of external noise, we need buildings that comply with law demands that are designed to protect inhabitants from negative exposure to environmental noise, while also considering location of the building and external noise levels. Therefore, I tested the adequacy of seven façades, taking into account different areas of noise protection, defined in laws, while also considering size of the windows. By using the computer program URSA Fragmat-Akustika, I have tested four massive and three light types of external envelope constructions. Taking into account the correction factors for traffic noise on urban roads I have established which façades offer adequate protection against noise, while also taking into consideration various window sizes. The results show that light external envelope constructions do not comply with law demands, not even with small window size. However, heavy façade types match the law requirements. Variants with bigger windows failed to comply with the law demands, showing that this weaker part of external envelope constructions has a big impact on its insulation properties. It is crucial to consider all the parts of a façade and ensure that all of them have adequate sound insulation properties. Buildings with weaker sound insulation are not suitable for areas with higher levels of external noise and affect the quality of living and present a plausible threat for health of the inhabitants.
