Abstract
Kvaliteta in hranilne vrednosti živil predstavljajo za potrošnika v današnjem času vse večji pomen, saj je vse bolj razširjena ozaveščenost o zdravi prehrani. Zato je zelo pomembno, da so hitro pokvarljiva živila (zamrznjena hrana, morska hrana, meso, vino, sadje, zelenjava itd.) v preskrbovalni verigi ves čas hranjena v primernih pogojih. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil razviti rešitev, katera omogoča enostaven in učinkovit nadzor nad temperaturami in vlago v skladiščih kjer se shranjujejo omenjeni izdelki (hladna veriga). V ta namen so bili izbrani ustrezni zapisovalniki podatkov NFC (SL13A) kateri so bili nameščeni na primerne lokacije v skladišču za izvajanje meritev. Razvita je bila mobilna aplikacija NFC3C za pametne telefone z operacijskim sistemom Android in podprto tehnologijo NFC (Near Field Communication). Aplikacija omogoča komunikacijo z zapisovalniki podatkov ter hiter pregled in shranjevanje zabeleženih meritev v podatkovno bazo. Za postavitev celotnega sistema, testiranje in analizo zajetih podatkov je bila izdelana še spletna aplikacija in podatkovna baza. Rešitev je bila testirana v prostorih podjetja Fonda.si d.o.o v Luciji.

Title:NFC technology in cold chain
Abstract:
The quality of food and it's nutritional value are of great importance for many customers. It is necessary to store highly perishable foods (such as frozen food, sea food, meat, wine, fruits, vegetables, etc.) in suitable conditions during the whole supply chain. The goal of the thesis was to develop a solution that enables easy and efficient monitoring of temperatures and humidity in warehouses where previously mentioned items are stored (cold chain). NFC data loggers (SL13A) that enable execution of measurements were used and placed in the testing environment. A mobile application for Android smart phones with supported NFC (Near Field Communication) technology was developed. It enables communication with data loggers as well as quick examination and storing of measurements into the database. A web application that enables setting up of the whole monitoring system and further data analysis was also made. Testing of the solution was carried out in a warehouse of the Slovenian company Fonda.si d.o.o. in Lucija.
