Abstract
Ob tem upošteva trenutno zakonodajo, prostorske omejitve in okoljski vidik. Visoke vode so bile določene preko meritev in opazovanj skozi leto s pomočjo izdelane pretočne krivulje.

Title:
Small Hydropower Plant spatial alocation
Abstract:
When locating the small hydropower plants into a certain area, we are facing the legislation that on one hand promotes the construction of facilities, whose purpose is the generation of electricity from renewable sources and on the other hand the legislation on the protection of water resources, habitats etc., which inhibits the building. The thesis deals with the appropriateness of the location of already existing small hydro power plant, which verifies the most important parameters influencing the production and the related profit. These are the run-off regime and the rate of flow of the stream throughout the year and the gross height difference between level of upstream water behind the dam and level of downstream water in the suction chamber. All this is covered by the current legislation, the spatial limits and environmental aspects. There aren't any facilities on the stream that would allow continuous measurements of water level; therefore the flow duration curve is constructed on the basis of daily data operating small hydropower plant. High waters were determined through measurements and observations throughout the year by using the designed stage-discharge curve. By entering the channel model and a model that simulates a system of small hydropower plant in the software HEC-RAS, was tested the impact of fluctuations in upper and lower waters of the gross height difference at different flow rates. At the given conditions of altitude and discharges the type and size of the turbine system was selected for maximum utilization of resources and minimal losses on the system.
