The thesis describes the construction project in terms of investment. The documentation is collected
for the design and concept phase. In addition to the aforementioned investment documentation there is
the environmental and spatial documentation and implementation path for the construction project
start. Construction project coordination is interlinked with management, i.e. connection of two
disciplines – economics and construction – into construction management, which is credited for the
successful launch of the project. This is followed by a list of participants in the construction process in
the first phase of construction and their respective duties and responsibilities.
