Načrtovanje in izdelava vmesnika za preskušanje igralnih avtomatov

V namen certificiranja in nadzora različnih zakonodajnih področij (jurisdikcij) se potrebuje orodje za avtomatsko izvajanje iger za izvedbo določenih funkcionalnih preskusov. Osnovne naloge so merjenje povprečnega časa trajanja iger, merjenje najkrajšega časa trajanja iger in izvajanje urnega testa. Vse to je opravljeno mimo programske kode igralnega avtomata. Nalogo smo opravili z vmesnikom, poimenovanim Jože, ki preko relejev vodi igralni avtomat. Jožo vodi osebni računalnik s programsko kodo, napisano v jeziku Python.

• Title: Design and construction of the interface for testing of the gaming machines

Abstract

For the purpose of certification and oversight of various legislative areas (jurisdictions) a tool for automated play is needed to perform certain functional tests. Key tasks are measuring of mean game time, minimum game time and running of hourly tests. Design and implementation is bypassing the internal code of the slot machine. Result is achieved with a device called Jože, which interacts with gaming machine by switching relays. Jože is guided by a personal computer which is running code written in Python.
