Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je izpostavljen problem napačne smeri vožnje na avtocestnih priključkih in opozarjanje voznikov na takšne nevarnosti. Opisan sistem je zasnovan na podlagi detekcije napačne smeri vožnje in sistema za brezžično upravljanje svetilk, preko internetne aplikacije. Za uspešno opozarjanje in varnost v prometu je v delu je opisan razvoj strojne in programske opreme takšnega sistema. V njem najdemo podrobne opise standardov uporabljenih v svetilkah javne razsvetljave, standardih brezžičnega upravljanja svetilk, prav tako pa tudi podrobni opisi komponent, uporabljenih za celoten sistem in razlaga programske opreme.

Title:Wireless management of public lightning with detection of driving direction
Abstract:
The thesis exposes the problem of drivers which are driving in the wrong direction and solutions for drivers’ notification. The developed system is able to detect driving direction and alert the driver and other participants by sending warning message to server. Additionally, the system offers a management functionality, where you can change the brightness and read the status of the lightning using web application. In this work, a hardware and software development of a system is presented, based on a description of standards, that are mandatory for lightning industry, wireless communications and radar sensors.
