Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen projekt zasnove mostu za pešce pri Ribjem trgu. Namen projekta je izdelati zasnovo jeklenega mostu, ki bi nadomestil obstoječo študentsko brv čez Ljubljanico. Most je projektiran v skladu z Evrokod standardi. V nalogi je predstavljena zasnova mostu, od ideje, do računskega modela ter reševanje problemov povezanih z letem. V nalogi sem se osredotočil na iskanje ustrezne zasnove mostu, ki bo v čim večji meri odgovarjala zahtevam, ki so bile podane v projektni nalogi. Nekatere zahteve projektne naloge niso bile v celoti upoštevane, saj sem želel ustvariti neko lastno idejo in ob tem pridobiti čim več znanja s področja projektiranja gradbenih konstrukcij. Zaradi nosilne konstrukcije mostu in zadostne širine pohodne ploskve je most v celoti nekoliko širši, kot je zahtevano v projektni nalogi. Ravno zaradi nosilne konstrukcije je most tudi bolj vpadljiv, kot narekujejo projektne zahteve. Ko je bila določena zasnova mostu, so se določile obtežbe, ki ustrezajo izbrani konstrukciji. Nato je bila izvedena statična analiza in dimenzioniranje mostu, s katero je bilo dokazano, da je most varen za uporabo. Glavni problem pri projektiranju mostu je bilo zagotavljanje ustrezne frekvence mostu v mejnem stanju uporabnosti. Le-ta namreč ni bila v skladu z Evrokod zahtevami, zato bi se za most morala izvesti dinamična analiza, ki pa ni del te diplomske naloge.

Design of footbridge in Ribji trg : graduation thesis
Abstract:
In graduation thesis the project of designing a footbridge in Ribji trg is discussed. The project deals with design of a steel pedestrian bridge wich would replace current student footbridge over river Ljubljanica. The bridge is designed according to Eurocode standards. In this thesis the whole project, from basic idea to the final-model of the bridge is captured, including the solving of problems associated with such a design. Main objective of the thesis was to build appropriate design model so that desired behaviour of the footbridge is achieved. Some of the project's demands were not completely met, because I wanted to create personal idea of a footbridge and alongside gain as much knowledge about desinging structures as possible. Supporting structure and width of walking surface make bridge a bit wider than project's demands declare. Because of supporting structure it's also more eye caching than it's supposed to be. Once the computational model was build, the loads were determined. The static analysis and design of the structure were done, which proved the safty of the bridge in the ultimate limit state. Main barrier in designing the footbridge was the adequacy of it's natural frequency. Demands from Eurocode standards for it were not met, so thorough dynamic analysis should be executed. That analysis is not part of this graduation thesis.
