Razvoj mestne klopi : diplomsko delo - visokošolski strokovni študij

Zaradi tipološko različnih klopi so v Mestni občini Ljubljana razpisali natečaj, da bi pridobili najustreznejšo oblikovalsko rešitev za klop oziroma družino klopi. Za natečaj smo zasnovali mestno klop, ki bo skupaj z drugimi elementi ulične opreme doprinesla k urejenosti, identiteti in prepoznavnosti mesta. V ta namen smo pregledali ulično opremo in analizirali 15 tipov obstoječih klopi. Preučili smo lastnosti in zaščito nekaterih avtohtonih lesnih vrst za izdelavo ulične opreme. Pri konstruiranju in oblikovanju smo se posvetili predvsem funkcionalnosti, estetiki in ergonomiji, ki igrajo ključno vlogo pri dimenzioniranju sestavnih delov. Upoštevali smo zahteve evropskih standardov in kriterije projektnega natečaja. Razvili smo novo klop ter potrdili in utemeljili njeno ustreznost po vseh kriterijih.

Abstract

Because of typologically different benches, the Municipality of Ljubljana arranged a request for tender to obtain the best design solution for a bench or a bench type. For it, we've designed a city bench that will, along with other elements of street furniture, add to identity, recognisability and uniqueness of the city. In order to do so, we've examined street furniture and analysed 15 existent bench types. We've considered the properties and protection of certain indigenous wood types for creation of street furniture. During construction and design, we've focused on functionality, aesthetics and ergonomics - elements that play the key role during dimensioning the components. European standards and the criteria of the tender request were taken into account. We've designed a new bench, confirmed and determined its adequacy of all the criteria.
