Abstract
Raziskovali smo primeren sistem topil za ločbo lignanov jelke s tankoplastno kromatografijo. Vzorcem grč jelke smo določili delež suhe snovi. S Soxthletovo ekstrakcijo smo ekstrahirali vzorce jelke. Prva ekstrakcija je bila s cikloheksanom, druga pa z mešanico acetona in vode v razmerju 95:5. Iz dobljenih ekstraktov smo določili delež suhe snovi v ekstraktu. Opravili smo tudi ekstrakcijo z acetonom, brez predhodne ekstrakcije s cikloheksanom. Dobljene vzorce ekstraktov smo nato nanašali na TLC plošče in jih razvijali v mobilni fazi, za kar smo uporabili diklorometan in etanol v volumskem razmerju 93:7. Za vizualizacijo lis smo uporabili reagent H2SO4 / etanol v volumskem razmerju 50:50. Lisam na kromatogramu smo določili zadrževalni faktor. Na osnovi primerjave naših rezultatov s podatki iz literature smo določili tudi nekatere organske snovi, ki so bile v ekstraktu grč jelke.

Abstract:
The main task was to determine a solvent system for the separation of fir lignans by thin layer chromatography. The dry substance of in fir samples was determined. We used Soxhlet method device firstly to extract hydrophobic (lipophilic) components with cyclohexane, and then to extract hydrophilic components with a mixture of water and acetone, the ratio of 95:5. Obtained from extracts, we determined the proportion of dry matter in the extract. We also carried out extraction with acetone without prior extraction with cyclohexane. The resulting sample extracts were then related to the TLC plate and developed in the mobile phase. Dichloromethane to ethanol volume ratio of 93:7 was used for the mobile phase, and H2SO4 / ethanol reagent volume ratio of 50:50 for spots visualization. The retention factor was determined from the spots on the chromatogram. Based on a comparison of our results with data from the literature, some organic substances which were in the extracts of knots were also determined.
