Abstract
Merjenje dolžine predstavlja enega izmed najbolj osnovnih merjenj na področju tehnike, tehnologije in fizike. V diplomski nalogi so natančno opisani postopki merjenja dolžine s pomočjo merilne letve oz celotnega merilnega sistema, ki ga predstavljata merilna letev in prikazovalnik položaja. Pregled merilnih naprav prikaže možne načine za merjenje dolžine z različnimi merilnimi instrumenti, ter področje njihove uporabe v vsakdanjem življenju, pouku Tehnike in Tehnologije, Fizikalnih eksperimentih, kot tudi na bolj specifičnih področjih merjenja. Diplomsko delo vsebuje opis celotnega postopka izdelave modela CNC pozicionirne naprave. Pozicionirna naprava v tem primeru služi kot vrtalnik lukenj v tiskano vezje ali pozicioniranje elementa na želeno mesto za nadaljevalno obdelavo. Prvi koraki pri načrtovanju in izdelavi pozicionirne naprave, so povezani z razumevanjem delovanja svetlobnih vrat in obdelavo signala, ki ga dobimo pri odčitavanju senzorjev. Postopek krmiljenja je izveden z mikrokrmilnikom eProDas-Rob1.

Title:Modeling positioning device with optoelectronic measuring system
Abstract:
Measuring the length is one of the most basic measurements in engineering, technology and physics. In this thesis the detailed procedures for measuring the length are described, using optical linear scales or essentially the complete measuring system, consisting of the measuring scale and the digital readout. Overview of measuring systems shows possible ways to measure the length with the different measuring instruments and possibility to use them in everyday life, teaching Techniques and technology, doing physical experiments and using them on more specific areas of measurement. Thesis contains a description of the entire manufacturing process of CNC positioning device model. Positioning device in this case serves as a drill for the holes in the printed circuit board or positioning items in the desired location for continuing treatment. Designing and manufacturing positioning device is strongly connected to the photogates working principle and signal processing (obtained by reading sensors). Controlling is realized with a microcontroller eProDas-Rob1. .
