Laboratorij kulturne politike leta 2002 in danes: reminiscenca

The report article is a reminiscence of an elaborated application to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia in the way this application was first largerly discussed and appreciated and then simply failed at the public tender, probably due to unresolved internal interest clashes among key public servants, which appeared along the way. Besides a brief ironic preface to application, listing key events in 2002, there is a larger inventory of main targets and possible key actions, supposed to be implemented for enhancing a better cultural heritage maintainance and a more viable live cultural performances in Slovenia.
