Abstract
Ob vedno večjih možnostih za izobraževanje in ob uveljavljanju vrednote enakih možnosti so družine z dvema poklicnima karierama vse bolj pogoste.

Title:
Couple's career planning
Abstract:
Developmental trend in European countries indicates the increasing number of men and women who combine their parental roles with paid economic activity. The article deals with the starting basis for couple's career planning such as the interdependence of work and family, flexibility and the ability to adapt plans and attitudes to gender roles. The differences between dual career and dual-earner families and the problems they are confronting with are discussed. The most frequent active coping techniques are described. The suggestion for changes in corporate policies to facilitate the combining of work and family are proposed.
