Snovanje obdelovalnega stroja z uporabo standardnih komponent : diplomsko delo - visokošolski strokovni študij

Na razpolago je izredno veliko število tako ozko namenskih kakor tudi univerzalnih računalniško vodenih strojev. Cene strojev se med posameznimi proizvajalci dokaj razlikujejo; dejstvo pa je, da v nobenem primeru niso nizke, kar predstavlja za obrtniške delavnice, ki tovrstne stroje vsekakor potrebujejo, pogosto nepremostljivo oviro. V primerih, ko ne gre za posebno zahtevne tehnološke aplikacije, je problem možno rešiti in sicer z nakupom stroja pri proizvajalcih namensko izdelanih strojev iz standardiziranih komponent. Predstavljene in podrobneje opisane so standardne konstrukcijske komponente in načini njihove uporabe na primeru 2 različnih konstrukcij CNC strojev (konzolna in mostna).

• Title: Assembling of CNC machine using standard elements : graduation thesis - higher professional studies

Abstract

There is a large number of universal and specialized CNC machines. Their prices differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, but the fact is that they certainly are not cheap. That means a big problem for small workshops, where those kinds of machines are needed. In cases, where technical procedures of making products are not complicated, the problem could be solved by buying CNC machine built from standard components. Components are presented and described, including their usage and assembling in detail for 2 typical constructions of CNC (portal and console) machines.
