Lesena montažna skeletna gradnja

Lesena skeletna gradnja je eden od številnih montažnih sistemov gradnje enodružinskih hiš. V tujini je uveljavljen kot industrijski in obrtniški sistem gradnje, pri čemer je slednji mnogo bolj razširjen. V Sloveniji tovrstna gradnja v zadnjih letih vse bolj dobiva veljavo, čeprav ji pravi prodor na trg še ni uspel. V članku je predstavljen sistem in njegove značilnosti.

Abstract

Wooden skeleton construction is one of the prefabricated systems that are used for building single family houses. Abroad is known as industrial or tradesman`s prefabricated system. Most of investors usually decide to build their home in tradesman`s manner. In Slovenia wooden skeleton system stil do not have right value on single family building market. In this article is presented system and their characteristics.
