Abstract
Prikazali smo možnosti izkoriščanja sončne energije v postopku sušenja lesa v Sloveniji. Primerjali smo učinkovitost steklenjakov, sprejemnikov sončne energije za pridobivanje tople vode ter fotovoltaičnih celic. Izračune smo naredili na osnovi zbranih podatkov o trajanju in energiji globalnega sončnega obsevanja in tehničnih značilnosti sistemov za sprejemanje sončne energije. Razpoložljivo energijo sončnega obsevanja, glede na letni čas in lokacijo v Sloveniji, ki bi jo lahko izkoristili glede na tlorisno površino komore, smo primerjali z energijo, potrebno v standardnih postopkih sušenja 50 mm debele bukovine (Fagus Sylvatica L.). Možnosti pokritja energijskih zahtev za izkoriščanje sončne energije predstavljajo le 3,5 % in so v trenutnih razmerah še neekonomične.

Title:Feasibility efficiency drying in Slovenia : B. Sc. thesis
Abstract:
We have showed the possibility of solar drying in Slovenia. Glass panels, photovoltaic panels for producing hot water, and photovoltaic cells for electricity generation were compared. Data collected on the duration and solar radiation were calculated, and the average conditions provided by the provider panels. The free energy of solar radiation, depending on the season and location in Slovenia, which could take advantage of the floor area of the chamber, was compared to the energy required for drying of 50 mm thick beech (Fagus sylvatica L.). Possibilities to cover energy demands to use solar energy are only 3.5 %; therefore, in present conditions still not acceptable.
