Abstract
Ugotavljali smo možnost uporabe VF energije za taljenje praškastih premazov. Raziskava je potekala v 3 fazah. Osredotočili smo se na proučevanje dielektričnih lastnosti praškastega premaza, dodatkov in vlaknene plošče (MDF). Meritve smo opravili s pomočjo naprave AGILENT 4285A PRECISION LCR METER. Zatem smo na MDF ploščo nanesli praškasti premaz in ga v za to prirejenem kondenzatorju poizkušali staliti pri različnih nastavitvah parametrov VF generatorja. Nazadnje smo testirali še urtrjeni film premaza. Ugotovili smo, da bi bila VF energija primerna za utrjevanje praškastih premazov. Za uspešno aplikacijo tehnologije v proizvodnjo pa bi bilo treba razviti nov tip praškastega premaza z višjo dielektrično vrednostjo.

Title:Applying HF technology for curing powder coatings : graduation thesis - higher professional studies
Abstract:
Melting possibility of powder coatings using HF energy was studied. The research was implemented in 3 phases. We concentrated on examination of dielectric characteristics of the powder coating, additives and MDF (medium density fibre board) first. The measurments were executed with the help of the AGILENT 4285A PRECISION LCR METER device. Then we tried to melt the powder coating, applied on MDF, at different parameters of HF generator, in a condensator specially adapted for this purpose. The properties of the achieved cured film were checked last. We found out that the HF energy would be appropriate for hardening of the power coatings. To apply this technology into the production successfully the new type of the power coating with a higher dielectric value should be developed.
